I thought this would go, then I didn't. After cleaning it up, we where able to find that it does go! This turns out to be a really fun route with several hidden holds that seem to appear just as you want them. Use all techniques to get up this. Thin sport moves, jams, stemming, and body scums will come into play.

Start on the shallow, left-facing dihedral on thin corner moves. Then follow the left-trending roof on wide gear with the opportunity to sling a chockstone. Follow the line as the roof turns into a left-facing dihedral for the final 20 feet. Belay at a tree.

This ascends a great finger crack. It does not have anchors on it, but it looks like it's been cleaned up quit a bit. Climb this perfect finger crack for about 20 feet, and find a dirty gear belay.

This is high up on a big shelf, the same one that many of the other routes are on.

It is the large, left-facing dihedral just to the climber's right of the final pitch of

Climb the start of

Jimmy "Super Fly" Snuka

, and move left on the shelf and directly under the anchors of The Ultimate Warrior. Climb up towards the anchors on thin, balancy moves and a low angle mantel. Finish on finger tips and smear stemming. It may be bolted in the future for a true free send.

Currently this is just a toprope that one can do after climbing

King Kong Bundy

. Climb the left-facing corner to the anchors.

Start with a shoulder stand. Mantel on a hand-sized shelf, and work your way up on thin edges and friction moves.

This one reminds me of some of the thin slab routes out in New Hampshire.

It has micro-edges, friction moves, and sharp crimps with the occasional "good stance" to clip.

Locate a fixed rope at the base of the upper ledge. The anchors for this line are just below the tree anchor. Rappel to a ledge, TR, or pull the line and lead it. The climbing is mostly stemming and a few awkward moves with good small gear. It is still quite dirty.

Honkey Tonk Man is a good warm-up for the other two OWs in this area. This has good gear on secure moves.

Climb a chimney for 30 feet to a ledge. Then climb the wide fist crack/offwidth to a sporty mantel and into a final, flaring hand crack. Finish at a ledge with anchors, 35 feet.

Climb the dirty corner with small placements on harder-than-it-looks climbing.

Thin fingers, stemming, and shoulder scums got me up this. The gear is just good enough, but there are a few spots that a fall is likely to pull out gear to the next piece. If you onsight 10 finger crack in Unaweep, then you should be fine.

The whole thing is cruxy. Climb squeeze and OW moves to the anchors. Continue up the second half of Junk Yard Dog or rap from here.

This may be one of the most prominent lines on The Quarry Wall. Currently, it is a bit dirty like some other classics on this wall but is well worth doing and is an excellent option on hot summer days.

P1. Start at the big pine tree climber's right of the old "active quarry", and climb the crack system past a tree and onto a ledge and good belay spot, 100 feet.

P2. Walk left and climb up to the left side of a tree on a large ledge.

P3. Traverse right to the base of a large, left-facing dihedral.

P4. Climb the dihedral.

This has two distinct cruxes. They are at the first bolt and in the corner above the second bolt. This has excellent climbing with a combination of sport and trad like movement. This can be set up as a toprope and/or simply used as a rap station to gain the ledge below.

We climbed this today, because we didn't feel like jugging. It is harder than it looks, and finishing to the left gave up a couple of OK moves to top out.

Belay off a tree, and hike out.

This is another short but good chimney that offers a chance for small placements which makes this easy to climb with a standard rack to a #3.

We did it just because it's there... it is a fun, little slab.
