This route traverses to the far right side of the cliff, following the obvious roof-ish, horizontal crack until you attain the arete (see main picture for Heart Wall).  To the right side of the arete is a crack system.  To the left are some patinas.

The crux is a somewhat slippery hand crack about 2/3 of the the way up (the most vertical section of the arete) that fades into face moves over a bulge.  Expect some vegetation.

Easy climbing from the trail leads to a sandy ledge where the routes diverge.  Follow the right-diagonalling crack through some heady moves.  I followed the crack past an easy-looking crack and climbed up a crack on the edge of the cliff.  The Ruckman guide indicates that the route heads straight up just before the easy-looking crack and pulls the roof above through a V-shaped groove.  Longer than most Ferguson climbs, this route wore out my feet.  True to its name, Aorta gets your blood flowing.  Good warmup.

Good Climb!  Not the cleanest.  This would not be a good climb to take a fall on.  Most the climb their are plenty of holds but their are some areas that are sketchy.  At the top if you walk to the west their is a nice piece of granite that you can through some slings over for an anchor.  Its also a great area to belay another climber preventing rope drag.

Easy climbing leads to a sandy ledge where the routes diverge.  With some interesting moves, you gain an even larger, sandy ledge where the dihedral begins.  From here, the climb sews up nicely, making for a speedy ascent.  It is more of a face climb here than a crack climb.  This route may have gotten its name from some of the loose rock that surprises your belayer.  The crux is a small roof pull (5.7) followed by a short traverse to the Heart Attack (5.4) exit.  If you don't figure out the moves here, you might mumble something about bags full of sand.  Note: the Ruckman guide rates Meteor Shower as 5.8.
