Sit start with matched hands on the sidepull. Make a big right hand move to a sloping hold. Move your left hand out to a sloping hold, then match with your right hand. Bump your left hand out to a small crimp, then right heel hook to the first right hand, sloping hold. Move your right hand up to a small crimp, then reach out left to a small crimp. Release the heel hook, ninja kick your left foot over to an edge, set your right foot back on, and dyno to the lip. This is an all time classic.

This is a good warm-up for the rest of the problems in the area. Sit start with your left hand on a jug on the left side of the arete and your right hand on a jug on the right side of the arete. Get your left heel over your left hand, then match your hands on the jug at the corner of the arete. Move your left hand up to a small crimp, then bump to a sloper, get a right heel hook on the starting right hand hold, then reach your right hand to the horizontal crack. Match in the crack, reach your right hand up to a patina crimp, move your feet up, and then reach the lip.

Sit start down at the bottom of the boulder in a cramped cleft with your left hand on a polished edge on the left side of the arete and your right hand gaston ham hawk the arete. Move your left hand up to another polished crimp on the left side of the arete, bump your right hand to ham hawk on the arete. Left heel hook the starting left hand hold, and your right hand goes to a polished edge on the right side of the arete. Bump your left hand to a polished edge, and right hand gaston ham hawk the arete, and your left heel keeps heel scumming the left of the arete. Cross your left hand over your right hand, and pinch the arete, then make a big move with your right hand to the lip. Grovel up, and pull yourself out of the pool for a super exhausting, beach whale topout.
