Three boulder problems stacked in 40', with athletic moves and no rests. 

  Starts with some easy climbing up to the first bolt, then follow a rail to the right and full speed ahead.

The meat of Naugahyde is 8 bolts of sustained crimping on a gently overhanging wall, with only one marginal rest. This route gets the grade of 5.12c/d in the Handren guide, but after a crucial foothold broke low on the headwall, the crux became a body length longer - this extra body length is now probably hardest bit of climbing on the route - which is for the better!    Sustained crimping on small edges, sidepulls, underclings after a very "traditional" feeling boulder problem gains access to the route.   The rock may feel friable, but it has gotten a lot of traffic and no more holds have broken. There is a very large partially detached flake that the route finishes on, it hasn't moved yet, but it looks a little scary.   A great route to put together. 13a is my best guess for the grade, but would love to hear other opinions.

A nice route, in fact a much better warm up for the 5.12s at the Main Cliff than other options. Start at a single belay bolt 50 feet left of the approach gully. Run it out over easy terrain to reach the first lead bolt of the route, then traverse left and move up past a big reach move, over a couple of bulges and a nice section of face climbing to an anchor.

Unusual at Sundown, a bolted 5.10... but this one is just plain unusual, a sport climb that feels like a trad adventure. 

  Start angling up a right-leaning ramp for 15' before the first bolt. Interesting moves somewhat far from bolts the whole way up.

Stacked mini-crag above the right end of the main cliff. 

  Routes vary from full sun to afternoon shade. 

  Great valley views, up above most of the trees.
