Line in the Sand

Climb left leaning flake to somewhat of a high top out.

Well featured face with many variations possible. V0-/V0+. Sit down start.

Sit down start on big feature working up vertical face to high mantle top out.

Nice but short hand crack problem. Located in a small area between two boulders gives the problem somewhat of a bad landing and pad placement.

Obvious chimney. Easy but strange moves with poor landing. Not that good.

Fun problem. Hang start on shelf. Pull up and workout the tricky top out.

Overhanging problem behind Loony Toons. Sit start low under overhang on right hand side-pull and left heel hook. Move up slopers/crimp over lip and power through to the top out. A xenolith out right makes the final move easier for shorter folks.

A decent boulder field with a few good problems on the south side of Wolf Creek rd. A  nice area to check out when Groom Creek is crowded or if you're looking for something new to climb. See the Prescott Bouldering guidebook by Bill Cramer for more info and a map.
