This is a fun and juggy route. There were a few decently protected cruxes where smaller holds had to be used, but all in all it was sinker holds. This was in sharp contrast to most of my "smearing" J-Tree experiences. It was more like climbing Southeastern sandstone!

This climb is on the right-hand portion of the Corral Wall, towards the left end of that side. Climb a dark wall with a few bolts and huge, apparent juggy holds, eventually going up and right into a light section of rock to finish at a 2 bolt anchor.

Rap to the ground with a 60 meter rope to descend.

Climb the arête to the left of Exfoliation Confrontation, staying out (right) of the chimney.

Climbs a clean brown slab with zero protection - toprope or solo.

This climbs the crack to groove between the two face routes on the left side of the wall.

Climb juggy rock down low past 2 bolts follow crack/arete system to anchor. Start watching for anchors on right wall or you can climb right past them (keep moving up and right after the slanting crack system, the anchors are on a sort of fin around to the right - not straight up).

Warning: Watch out for a bee hive in a hole/slot left from the anchor. VERY active on warm days (which are often at Corral Wall).

This prominent left facing corner with dark brown rock offers scant protection if leading.

Line halfway between Exfoliation Confrontation and Pony Express.

2 bolts on the lower wall: start up crack (bolt) then move up and right (bolt) and up to huge ledge. A bit runout. 5.10.

1 bolt under the juggy roof above the ledge

Finish either near Exfoliation Confrontation rap rings, or head up the huge dihedral (thin/brass, 5.9) to trad anchor and easy downclimb to E.C. rap rings.

Button head bolts in ok condition.

This fun route climbs a groove/chimney to a small overhang then cuts left and finishes up a somewhat loose plated face to the top of the wall.

A couple of moves lead to a short crack down low, followed by slabby face crossing a couple of horizontal breaks. The crux is in the lower section and protectable. The 'R' is for the top section that is a much easier bolt-protected slab/face.

Approach from ground level by tunneling behind some blocks and then continue up the smooth face above passing one bolt down low. The crux moves are well protected but higher a fall will land you on boulders, so don't fall!

Tunnel up through boulders at the base to reach the corner and climb the face to the right on featured varnish until it ends and slab it to the top.

This is, at this time, the first route on the right side of the Corral Wall. It's located about twenty-five feet in from the notch. Begin on easy rock about twenty feet or so to the right of the Czech crack. Climb up and left to a ledge. Climb the face past two bolts. There will be a third bolt protecting the final face climbing above.

Start in black finger crack & climb through bulge.  Continue up easy ground to anchors.

Start on top of large boulder to easily clip first bolt.  Follow bolts past horizontals.  Anchor up and behind, plan to belay from the top or ruin your cord.  Decent via rap (climbers left) into a blocky gully.

This prominent chimney divides the left and right sides of the Corral Wall and while an easy lead is perhaps most useful as a casual down-climb from the top of the wall.
