This is a long, steep face, with a slanting dike and lots of knobs.  The entry move is the crux.  There is a runout traverse near the top.  The rock is very gritty (or at least was when I climbed it), but the moves are very enjoyable.

Climb the steep/juggy NE face of Patch Dome past 6 bolts to a bolted anchor.

Step off a boulder to the slab right and clip the first bolt.  Work through the right facing roof/arete with pumpy moves and sharp holds.  Easier but still interesting climbing continues to the top.
