The landing is okay. One or two pads will be good. This problem is very crimpy. The crux is getting the sidepull at the top and then bumping up the right hand to a 2 finger crimp.

In Between Egg - Left V3

Climb up the middle of the East face via slopers and a crazy left hand sidepull. This is short but really fun. The stone is solid and the texture are not overly harsh.

Start on the North side of the "Wave Wall." Slowly work your way right up a nice rail of jugs to meet with the arete and top out of "

Flow Stream

." This is a good warm-up and has fun climbing!

Just to the left of "

Chicken and Waffles

" is a crack. SDS deep in the little cave. Undercling out the cave until you can reach an arete flake out left. Wrestle your way up the arete.

Sit start at a jug rail. Go up and right to the next rail. Continue up and right to a round sloper, then move up and left to a crimp. Climb back up and right to more slopers, and finish up to the top.

Start with both of your hands on an undercling at your waist level, overlapping the crack. Move your feet up onto nice holds, and work your way up and left to the topout.

Start on a nice undercling, and work your way up on small holds to top out on slopers.

Start on two good holds at stomach height with poor feet. Move up on good holds and crimps through tenuous, slabby moves to good holds in the seam where the overhang begins. A spicy topout finishes this classic problem over a bad landing.

Start with both hands matched on a square looking hold on an arete just right of the "

Pac-man

" boulder problem.

Climb up the arete while arching left to the top-out.

The crux is matching on the 2 gaston crimps. One high right crimp broke making it a V7 instead of a V6.... The name, Chicken and Waffles, came from the chicken drumstick-shaped rock on top of the problem....

Climb the obvious crack on the south side of "The Cracked Egg" A.K.A. the "In Between Egg."

Do the start same as "

Ground Separation

."  Once you have gained control up onto the steep slab, continue straight up on very small/sharp crimps.  Paste your feet on foot jibs, and toss like mad man out to the lip.  Get ready for a very desperate and supper scary outward swing.  Once you have gained control of your swing, pull up and over to the top, and thank you lucky stars that you never have to do that again!!!!!

I gave this line V8 many years ago...but it could be much harder V9-V10?  I don't know of any repeats so far... so don't try this problem based around its possible difficulty, because I am really not sure how hard it is.  What it is, however, is scary.  Just scary.

Start sitting on an obvious, bad, left hand crimp and a good, right hand ledge. Do a tough move to a small, right hand crimp, and jump for a massive bucket. Beware not to dab on the swing.

This line climbs the left side arete of the west face of the "Wave Wall."

Sit start on crack jug of

Surf Rider

. Go up to the next crack, and then figure out how to use the two small crimps to get to the top. It has a funky rock landing below like surfing over a reef, and the crimps are sharp.

Start matched on a small rail of tiny but positive crimps. Smear your feet on the wall, and toss up and right to a better hold. Get your feet up, and progress to the finish via better holds.

The crux is matching on the fall in crimp.

It has a good landing. go straight up to the top of the hill where you about drop off and it is in that general area.

Start as for "

Pac-Man

" and move up into the over hanging crimp/side pull located in the scoops roof section.

Instead of moving left towards "

Pac-Man's

" finishing mantwl, rather continue directly up and over the steepest part of the scoop via tricky beta on bad slopers (crux) until the summit is gained.

This is a great problem! It is a little more powerful and insecure than it first appears. It is a must do!

This problem starts right (east) of "V3" on the In Between Egg.

Do a sit start with double hands on a sloping rail. Sharp holds leads to better jugs with an easy topout.

: this climb follows a slanting/horizontal crack from left to right. Start at the low point of the crack on a good hold, then move up and right along the crack before pulling to the top on precarious feet.

Start on a low crimp rail. Balance up onto the slab face, and push straight up to the topout.

Butter is a good, easy slab problem to learn the perils of lichen and foot work.

Get your pads back in the hole and get your feet locked up in there way above your head. Locking off the legs and hips may also enusre upward progress.  I recommend tape as there are a couple sharp jams that can make of break your send. Fun and a little tricky until you figure out the sequence, try to only use the hollow flake near the top of it where it's wider and less fragile.

Climb the overhung arete on the corner of the southeast face of the "Cracked Egg" A.K.A. the "In Between Egg." This is a fun line. It's also a good warm-up for some of the harder problems in the area. It is worth a burn, for sure.

Located on the Upper Egg, this is one of the harder grades in the area. Climb the obvious scoop on thin edges to a vicious top-out.

Climb the supper thin slab face in between "

Mr. Scott's Crack

" and "

Hot Wax

." The crux is just getting onto the thin slab, but then you have to stay on the wall!!! This is a cool, hard, slab line.

Sit start on triangular rock at lower right of the face. Stem your way up going left, climbing into

Surf Rider

.

Start on a left hand pinch/sidepull with a sharp thumbcatch; a right hand, shallow, sloping dish; and a small foot knob on the arete. Follow the arete curving into lip on shallow dishes and limited, small feet to a hard to see but better dish, followed by a committing, heelhook mantle.

Began right of "

Corner Service

" on the starting crimp rail for "

Brain Storm

", and traverse left back onto the "

Corner Service

" arete. Once back on the arete, finish with "

Corner Service

."

Chicken Feet is a short, little problem! I started with my left hand on the left arete and my right hand on a hand-sized knob on the right side. Finish at the jug on top left.

Start on the bottom left side of this boulder, and move up and right along the crack. It is not especially tall, but there are some interesting moves as you wrap around to the top.
