Difficult start. Slap the sloping arete and slap again for a hidden-edge-like feature. Clipping the second bolt is the first crux. Getting out of the underclings in the hueco up higher is the second crux. You'll need power and endurance to finish off.

Furthest left most route on Crossfire Crag's southern wall.  This route is described in the guide book with two stars although I'm not sure why.  The first third of the route in a bit chossy and as you gain elevation the route continues in an uneventful fashion.  Good enough while in the area but compared to other routes in the area does not earn the two stars as indicated in guide.

Starts right of center and just right of

(5.12a) with bouldery moves past the first bolt. Once the crux is dispatched the climbing is very enjoyable, with fairly continuous climbing on large, positive holds for the most part. Long and continuous, this climb works well as a warm-up for the harder lines on the wall.

Start up using smooth softball sized huecos moving up and right.  3rd bolt section is a bit greasy.  Midway you cross over a small roof which is bolt protected and continue to summit.

Short and steep. Climb the slightly right leaning face, past bolts on beautiful redish rock .

(5.11c/d), then head right and up on steep rock, past 4 more bolt to a chain anchor that is on the right side of the arete.

, on the south east face, off a terrace with a large rock to sit on and just right of

. Head up 4 bolts and then left under a blocky roof then up past 5 more bolts. The chimney to the left is strictly off route. Clippig the 5th bolt and climbing past it, is the crux. Long draws on the 1st 3 bolts will help with rope drag.

Route starts on broken corner just up and left of the chimney.  Start on slabby section and move upward following bolt line.  3rd and 4th bolts provide a bit steeper section with good clipping stances continue up to slightly bulging top out.

Steep moves thru huecos past several bolts to a ledge, to another steep section on edges, passing several more bolts to the anchors.

(5.12a). Steep, overhead slaps, underclings, kneebars, heelhooking. Local classic.
